Nov 2, 2010….elliptical 41 minutes-9 miles….lower body
Woke up a little early today so was able to do a little more time on the elliptical. I would like to start getting up early enough to get an hour in.
Did lower body ‘The Firm’ Body Sculpt video. Finally worked my way up to using 5lbs for squats, the fanny lifter AND lunges. My hammies were a little sore at night time, but it feels good to have moved ‘up a notch’ =)
Have been eating GOBS of leftover Halloween candy the last few days. Thankfully, its almost all gone so the binge has an end in sight =)
