I am thankful for my elliptical on these cold mornings. I want to maintian being able to run outdoors in the winter, but living in the mid-west, you never know what the winters will be like. I think I can run in pretty cold temps, but I dont think I will attempt to run in snow and obviously, ice. My goal as it gets deep into winter is to run at LEAST 1x a week. But I would like to keep up a 3 runs a week plan if its at all possible.
Upper body weights have become a WEE bit easier over the last week or so. I like to see that my body is getting stronger. My jeans are also fitting a wee bit more loosely than they had previously…we’ll see if I can maintain self-control once these ‘eating’ holidays hit us! =)
