Forgot to log my workout for yesterday-oops!

I did 30min on the elliptical yesterday (6miles) as well as a lower body work (‘The Firm’ Body Sculpt video) and ab work. 

Today, I was scheduled for a 3mile run (ran in 31:00).  It was 53 out and again, I decided to tough it out for the first 5 min and didnt wear a LS shirt, just shorts and a tank top.  SO beautiful.  I love these cool fall mornings.  Wore my hydration belt as well-LOVE that thing. I dont really need it during the run, on these shorter runs, but I am very thankful I have it for the cool down walk home. 

I also did 3 sets each of biceps, triceps, shoulder and back work.  I am hoping to carve out sometime later to do abs. 

I am going to be done with my 15K training plan the first week of November and I am trying to figure out what to do next.  I may run a couple 5Ks in Nov but other than that, my next ‘big’ race will hopefully be the 1/2 marathon in May.  So I dont if I should look for a 12 week 1/2 plan and then just double up every week, or what…?
